In the middle of the madness and love

Once I heard the story of a man
Walking on the water in the dark
And some people called him master and some people called him fool
He was singing that the fire is the door
In the middle of the madness and love

Many Friends came from far away
Asking for the secret of their soul
and some people called him liar and some people called him God
He said: Tell me what is fear if you have nothing to lose
In the middle of the madness and truth

How it sings in the ancient times
Some shadows are enough to keep in jail
But the fear of the mind is no excuse for the heart
“Look at the water, it’s the temple of your wings
Do you really want the chance to be free?“

In the town rumours of complaint
For the law must to be right for people’s health
In the silence of the square, was the justice over all
There’s no place for a man who can’t obey
Be the death his fire to be safe

Were so beautiful his calm eyes
That not in a thousand men you can find
He was teaching with the prayer even in his hour death
Take me Father, I’m ready to fly away
Set me free from the madness and the pain
Holy Mother, I want to fly away
I am free to be the voice of the wind

The story seems to have not an end
But this is all I know about this man
And some people call me liar, and some people call me friend
He said: Tell me what is real until you decide to walk
In the middle of the madness and the love
